A doula is a trained professional who provides continuous physical, emotional and informational support to a mother before, during and shortly after childbirth to help her achieve the healthiest, most satisfying experience possible.

Doula Services
Every birth can benefit from a doula. There is no such thing as too much love or support during this special time in your life. Your birth belongs to you; therefore I am here to ensure you have the most satisfying experience throughout the journey of meeting your baby…or babies!
Childbirth Education
I host private and group classes which are typically a course that runs over 8 weeks.
I offer a “Birth Boot Camp” for those whose due date is approaching quickly.
Virtual class sessions are available in the event that you don’t live near or are on bed rest.
Our education comes from Birth and Beyond Resources and includes pregnancy, labor and delivery, postpartum and everything in between. Check out how to become part of the village below:
Placenta Work
Bloom into Birth offers placenta encapsulation.
The placenta is the organ that connects your baby to you! Placenta encapsulation is the process of dehydrating, grounding and filling capsules to be ingested by the birther. Many have found that the consumption of placenta decreases post partum depression, balances hormones, reduces post natal bleeding, increases milk production, increases oxytocin, which helps shrink the uterus back to normal size and encourages bonding.

I’ve had a passion for babies ever since I was a little girl. It wasn’t until I had my first child that I realized that birthers need just as much support and care as newborns do.
